Alice Cole, is fearless, strong and intentional women's leader in the agriculture sector that is driving impact, helping other women to transition to a more sustainable way of farming in the face of daunting impacts of climate change.

From benefiting from ActionAid Liberia's Agroecology Training, Alice mobilized group of women farmers in her Chief Compound Community, passing on the skills she acquired. Alice is not just farming, but she's now planting a movement.
To date, Alice and her women are now growing healthier food and vegetables using organic fertilizers. From their farm produce, Alice is now putting money in women's hands while helping women in her community to farm in a more environmentally, and climate friendly way.
They now produce their own compos and are no longer using chemical Fertilizers.
