Who we are

We're a global justice federation working to achieve social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication.

In Liberia we focus on strengthening poor and marginalised people, especially women and youth, to claim their rights.

Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is an immense violation of human rights, a form of gender-based violence (GBV) and a clear demonstration of gender inequality. It can strip women and girls of their right to a life of freedom, dignity, and equality

We owe it to the 50 million people trapped in modern slavery situations to bring salience to these issues and urge governments to ratify ILO C190, adopt a legally binding treaty for business and human rights and unite to end modern slavery crimes. HIV/AIDS has been considered a social taboo in Liberia, and this causes families to disown their loved ones upon discovering they are living with the virus. Discrimination and stigma force those with HIV to hide and often relocate or live in isolation due to fear for their safety. Despite advancements in medication and awareness of how HIV spreads, people living with HIV still face attacks and isolation from their immediate families, communities, and friends.
