This policy brief examines how Liberia’s rising debt and climate vulnerability disproportionately affect women, youth, and frontline communities. It calls for fairer debt and climate financing, protection of essential services, resilient livelihoods, greater transparency, and meaningful community participation in decisions that affect people’s lives.
